Simon Xiao has a diverse work experience in the fields of analytics, data analysis, revenue management, and hotel operations.
Simon currently holds the position of Analytics Lead at RAC WA, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Data Analyst at RAC WA from July 2022 to May 2023.

In these positions, they were responsible for managing group bookings, communicating with clients, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Simon Xiao obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business degree at The University of Queensland. In terms of additional certifications, Simon has obtained various certifications in data analytics and Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft PL-300 Exam Prep, Power BI Specialist, Advanced DAX, Microsoft Power Automate Essential Training, and Microsoft Power Automate: Advanced Business Automation. Simon has also completed courses in SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
