Mercedes Cruz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in operations, creative direction, and community service. Currently serving as the Chief Operations & Creative Officer at Insuring Impact, Inc. since September 2020, Cruz focuses on driving impactful insurance solutions. In parallel, Cruz holds the position of Creative Director at Immerse Inc., a digital marketing agency that provides comprehensive services to enhance businesses’ online presence. Previous roles include advising youth in the Milpitas Police Explorer Program, coordinating training at Tesla for the Daimler-Benz W242 project, and leading activities for Learning for Life. Cruz earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University - East Bay in 2013.
