Kate Panasenko

Kate Panasenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Raccoon Gang since March 2023, Kate focuses on building strong client relationships and driving growth in the e-learning sector. Previously, as a Global Customer Success Consultant at alertdriving® from June 2022 to July 2023, Kate implemented data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction for the FleetDefense® Platform. Kate also held the position of Sales Manager at Caspio, a recognized leader in low-code platforms, and spent over a decade at Malinovsky Glassworks Ltd., where leadership and strategic initiatives resulted in substantial sales growth. Kate holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, earned between 2005 and 2010.
