Arun Sreyas Reddy

Arun Sreyas Reddy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arun Sreyas is the Founder of RACEnergy since 2019, where they are responsible for leading the company. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Design Engineer at Johnson Controls, focusing on economizer and refrigeration designs. Arun Sreyas also filed a patent during their time there. Before joining Johnson Controls, Arun was a Design Engineer at ID Energy from 2016 to 2017. In 2013, they were the Team Captain at Inspired Karters FS, where they led a team of 60 people in building a Formula styled car. Arun Sreyas handled various aspects of managing the team. Additionally, they worked as a Powertrain and Electronics Engineer in the same organization. Arun also gained experience as a Summer Intern at HMT Bearings Ltd. in 2015.

Arun Sreyas Reddy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2013 to 2017.
