Joseph Sigler

Joseph Sigler has extensive experience in the manufacturing and CNC programming sectors, currently serving as a Computer Numerical Control Programmer at Race Winning Brands since August 2007. Specializing in Mill-Turn applications, Joseph also programs lathe and mills in both 2D and 3D. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Manufacturing Lead for JE Pistons, collaborating with supervisors and team leads to manage staffing and production schedules. Joseph's earlier experience includes working as a CNC Machinist, with knowledge of CNC machines and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Joseph began their career at Lincoln Electric from March 2004 to March 2007 as a Robotic Welder/Programmer, following certification from Lincoln Electric Welding School in 2003. Joseph completed high school education at Berkshire High School from 1996 to 1999.
