Franco Chiocchetti is the CEO & Founder of RaceOn GmbH, a company that provides consulting services in the motorsport and automotive industry. With a background in motorsport engineering, Franco has held key positions in companies like HWA AG and ABT Sportsline GmbH, where Franco managed Formula E projects for renowned teams. Franco's experience also includes roles as a design and race engineer in companies like BMW Motorsport South Africa and Opel Motorsport South Africa. Franco holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and has completed various seminars at The Boston Graduate School of Business focused on leadership presence, negotiation, and communication.
