Laura Budde

Laura Budde is an accomplished fashion industry professional with extensive experience in product development and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production & Development at Rachel Antonoff since January 2016, Laura has demonstrated expertise in strategic risk management and collection oversight. Prior roles include Director of Product Development at James Coviello and Head of Product Development at Latitude Showroom, where Laura managed multiple collections and identified potential risks. Earlier career experiences include Associate Designer at Molly New York and Assistant Designer at Cynthia Rowley, where Laura honed skills in design and project management. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design from Kent State University, completed in 2006.
