Lucy Ballantyne

Lucy Ballantyne is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Lucy serves as the Managing Director at Rachel Harrison Communications since September 2020, previously holding the title of Senior Director. Prior experience includes noteworthy positions at Lion & Lamb Communications, where Lucy progressed from Senior Publicist to Account Director from October 2016 to August 2020. Earlier roles include Account Executive at IMAGINE PR and Production Assistant at Legs Media, starting in February 2014. Lucy’s foundational work experience includes serving as Administrative Assistant at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd from 2010 to 2013. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from Monash University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
