Karina Doroshchuk

Karina Doroshchuk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karina started their career in 2010 at PJSC Rivneoblenergo, where they held various managerial positions in customer service. Karina'sresponsibilities included developing customer service policies and strategies, conducting GAP analysis, and improving customer service.

In 2015, they interned at Forte Knowledge and Medtelligent Inc., gaining experience in software quality assurance as a trainee and teaching assistant. Karina also had an internship as a QA Analyst at Insureon.

From 2016 to 2018, Karina worked at Vision as a QA Analyst, contributing to the testing and quality assurance processes.

Karina then joined Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2018 as a QA Engineer, initially focusing on AppDev and later transitioning to the ITRS team.

Karina's most recent position is with Rachio, where they started in 2019 as a QA Analyst and took on the role of QA Lead in October 2021.

Karina Doroshchuk's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Karina pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law and completed their studies in 2010. Following this, in 2011, they attended Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where they obtained another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Economics, in 2014.

In 2015, Karina attended Forte Knowledge for a short period, where they focused on QA Manual Testing.

Additionally, Karina has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they completed a course on Team Management and Delegation of Authority at Kyiv Training Institute. In 2012, they received certification in Internal Audit of Integrated Systems of Management according to international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011, OHSAS 18001 from TUV SUD Ukraine. Karina also completed Analysis of Fundamental Causes at Lviv Business-School of UCU (LvBS) in the same year. In 2015, they achieved honors in Software Quality Assurance Manual Training from Forte Knowledge.
