Charles Philip

Charles Philip has extensive experience in social law and criminal law as an Avocat Associé at Racine since October 2007. Areas of expertise include individual labor relations, social aspects of corporate restructuring, conflict prevention, social relations management, collective negotiation, and optimization of remuneration systems. Additionally, Charles is proficient in social security law and its litigation, labor criminal law, and electoral disputes. Prior to this role, Charles worked as an Avocat at EY from January 1998 to June 2003. Charles holds a DEA from Nanterre and served as the Secretary of the conference of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar internship.
