Jean-Christophe Beaury

Jean-Christophe Beaury is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, both internationally and domestically. Currently serving as a Partner and co-head of the M&A department at RACINE since July 2010, Jean-Christophe Beaury previously held the position of International Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where focus areas included corporate restructurings and joint ventures. Prior roles at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an Associate and Linklaters as an Associate included involvement in international mergers, joint ventures, and corporate advice. Jean-Christophe Beaury holds multiple advanced degrees, including an LLM in International Business and Tax Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Master’s Degree in Droit des affaires et fiscalité from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, alongside qualifications in translation.
