Laurent Jourdan

Laurent Jourdan is an experienced legal professional and academic, currently serving as an Avocat associé at Racine since April 2013, specializing in corporate distress, litigation, financial law, and insurance law. Alongside this role, Laurent also teaches a Master II course in corporate distress law at Sciences Po since January 2008. Previously, Laurent held the position of Avocat associé at Wragge & Co LLP from March 2010 to March 2013, overseeing the litigation department encompassing corporate distress, insurance, and financial law, and at Lefevre Pelletier & Associés from September 1999 to March 2010, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Laurent’s teaching experience extends to a decade at Université Panthéon Sorbonne Paris I (CAVEJ), focusing on corporate distress law. Laurent holds a Doctorat d'Etat en droit awarded in 1994, specializing in collective procedures, as well as a DEA in business law, banking, finance, and securities obtained from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
