Marie Pouget

Marie Pouget is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private equity. Currently serving as Partner at Racine since August 2021, Marie has previously held partner positions at AYACHE from September 2019 to July 2021 and served as Counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP from February 2015 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes associate roles at Mayer Brown and a stagiaire position at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Marie’s career also features consulting work at Accenture and mission charge roles at the CEA.
