Luca Desidery

Luca Desidery currently serves as an R&D Senior Engineer at both Racing Force Group and Bell Racing Helmets since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Luca was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Khalifa University from October 2019 to November 2022, focusing on the optimization and characterization of polymer-modified asphalt binders and the characterization of advanced polymers for aerospace applications. Luca's doctoral research at Wuhan University of Technology, completed in 2018, involved the synthesis and application of metal-organic frameworks for catalysis and contaminant removal. Additionally, academic research experience includes a Master's project at Università degli Studi di Padova, centered on catalytic synthesis processes and reactor optimization. Educational credentials include a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering and an MS in Industrial Chemistry, both from prominent institutions.
