Kevin T. McCullough has over twenty years of experience in the finance and consulting industries. In 2021, they began working as a Finance Manager for RackCoach. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Director of the MCCULLOUGH FAMILY FOUNDATION, where they developed and implemented gifting guidelines and investment strategies to articulate the foundation's vision and translate plans into action. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Securities Analyst at ALPS, A DST Company, where they evaluated financial markets and trends and prepared written and oral reports detailing securities valuations. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Senior Finance Analyst at NetSpend Corporation, where they partnered with business leaders to align financial plans with operational goals. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Senior Consultant at MarketSphere Consulting, where they reengineered foreign revenue recognition processes and spearheaded financial reporting rationalization analysis. From 2005 to 2006, they were an AVP - Portfolio Manager at Banc of America Investments, where they collaborated with clients to identify short- and long-term investment objectives. From 2001 to 2005, they were an AVP - Securities Analyst at UMB Bank, where they designed investment proposals and analyzed individual security and sector weighting recommendations. From 1997 to 2001, they were a Consultant at EY, where they implemented performance management systems and developed balanced scorecard methodologies.

Kevin T. McCullough began their educational journey at Rockhurst High School, graduating in 1992. Kevin T. then attended Rockhurst University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance/Economics in 1997. In 2010, they completed a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California. Finally, in 2013, they earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.
