Abigail O'Daniel Hallex

Abigail O'Daniel Hallex has a diverse work experience in the field of photography. Abigail started their career as an intern at The Light Factory Contemporary Museum of Photography & Film, where they gained valuable knowledge about the photography community and assisted in gallery openings. Abigail then worked as a photographer at St. John Photography, where they gained experience in shooting school pictures outdoors. Abigail also worked as a freelance photo assistant and digital tech at RR Donnelley and Belk, where they assisted in on and off-figure sets and handled set lists and merchandise. At OneKreate, they continued their role as a digital tech and was responsible for setting up lighting setups and assisting photographers. Abigail also worked at CreativeDrive, where they served as a photographer and managed lighting schematics for various clients. Currently, they hold a position at Rack Room Shoes as a lead photographer, where they have contributed to the enhancement of ecommerce photography and played a role in the growth and development of the studio.

Abigail O'Daniel Hallex obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Commercial Photography from Winthrop University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
