Whit McConnell

Whit McConnell has a strong background in the retail industry, particularly in store operations and training. Whit started their career with Rack Room Shoes in 1996 as a Training Director, responsible for overseeing training programs. Whit later became the Director of Store Operations and Training in 1998, where they played a key role in managing store operations and implementing training strategies. In 2001, Whit McConnell was promoted to the position of VP Store Operations, demonstrating their exceptional leadership skills and expertise in the field.

Whit McConnell studied at Louisiana State University from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in History.
