Jeanette Sullivan, CPA, CGMA, MBA, has over 30 years of experience in financial operations, governance, compliance, tax, treasury, IT, consulting, and crisis management services.

In 2019, they joined RackN as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where they provide revolutionary software to help manage the infrastructure layer - both physical and virtual.

From 2013 to 2019, Sullivan was the CFO and Financial Transformation Executive at JSullivan Consulting.

From 2008 to 2013, Sullivan was the CFO, SVP Finance, and Financial Operations and Fund Administration at Regions Bank. Jeanette was responsible for financial operations, governance, compliance, tax, treasury, and IT of an investment manager with $2.5 billion of assets under management. During this period, they built a high performance team and increased financial commitments from investors by $750 million.

From 2000 to 2008, Sullivan was an Experienced Manager in Crisis Management Services at PwC, providing consulting services for companies in crisis. Jeanette also acted as CFO of a financially troubled furniture manufacturer, and directed a dispute team to analyze and review accounting analyses, external audit work papers, and accounting guidance to prepare an expert report.

From 1997 to 2000, Sullivan was a Manager in Information Risk Management Services at KPMG, managing consulting projects and teams performing business process strategy alignment for client executive management.

From 1996 to 1997, Sullivan was a Senior Financial Analyst in Capital Markets Technology Finance at Wells Fargo.

Jeanette Sullivan has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Jeanette also holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the AICPA, which they obtained in June 2013, and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from the AICPA.
