John Burkey is a seasoned SAP Support Lead and Senior Supply Chain Consultant with extensive experience in logistics consulting across various industries, including consumer products and manufacturing. Currently working at Rackspace Technology and TriCore Solutions since June 2016, John has a strong background in SAP upgrade projects, performance tuning, and client service delivery management. Prior roles include Senior SAP Logistics Consultant at G3G and Logistics Support Consultant at SAP, where solutions were provided to global customers in areas such as production planning and batch management. John's career began as Team Lead for the Enterprise Support Desk at Computer Aid, Inc., serving McNeil Consumer Healthcare. John holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State University.
