Katie Bailey

Katie Bailey has been with Rackspace Technology since July 2010, progressing through various roles to become the Service Director of Customer Success UK. In this capacity, Katie leads a team of 40 employees focused on achieving key performance indicators related to revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction, managing £12 million in monthly recurring revenue. Katie is recognized as a mentor for high-potential employees and engages directly with customers to address business challenges. Previous positions held at Rackspace include roles in customer success management and service delivery, where Katie demonstrated leadership by driving initiatives for employee development, customer retention, and successful project execution. Prior to Rackspace, Katie held roles as a Relationship Manager at Car Leasing and as a Membership Consultant and Senior Receptionist at Virgin Active, contributing significant experience in customer relationship management and service delivery.
