Nidhi Arora

Nidhi Arora has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Lead - HR at Oodles Technologies Pvt Ltd since February 2019, following roles as Sr. Associate Consultant - HR and HR Associate. Prior to this, Nidhi completed a three-month HR internship at People Strong Hr Services Private Limited in mid-2018 and engaged in a live project focusing on HR documentation at Fortis C-DOC Healthcare Limited in early 2018. Nidhi's career in HR began with a three-month internship at RM Global Consulting during the summer of 2016. Nidhi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2019, as well as a BCom in Business/Commerce from the same institution, achieved between 2015 and 2017.
