Richard Jones

Richard Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rackspace Technology since August 2011, Richard has also held the position of Service Delivery Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Cognito from March 2006 to August 2011 as a Service Delivery Manager and Service Manager. Richard's career began at VALELink 2000 Limited, where responsibilities included the role of Customer Services Manager from November 2002 to March 2006. Richard Jones holds a degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
