Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in VMware engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as a VMware Private Cloud Engineer III at Rackspace Technology since December 2015, Rohit ensures the functionality and compliance of the global VMware estate, creates process documentation, and collaborates with various teams on technical solutions. Rohit has held multiple roles at Rackspace, including VMware Private Cloud Engineer II and Virtualization Engineer I, and has developed skills in compliance, training, and lab environment creation. Prior to Rackspace, Rohit worked as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Cyntergy, providing support for numerous retail stores, and held several positions in customer service and administration at companies such as Aramex and Home Retail Group PLC. Rohit holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Computing from Brunel University of London and a BTEC National in IT from Uxbridge College.
