Roy Knowles

Roy Knowles has over 15 years of experience in asset management and licensing within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Licensing Manager at Rackspace Technology since August 2008, Roy oversees a comprehensive supplier portfolio, analyzes licensing models, and manages monthly usage reporting. Previously, Roy held various roles at Rackspace, including Buyer Planner and Team Leader of Asset Management, where responsibilities included purchasing, supplier relationship management, and overseeing the lifecycle of global desktop assets. Prior experience at USAA involved leading fixed asset management while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX controls. Roy holds educational credentials from San Antonio College and The University of Texas at San Antonio.
