Sarah Alexander

Sarah Alexander currently serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Rackspace Technology since 2023. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Microvast from 2021 to 2023, including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Investor Relations, successfully completing a significant SPAC business combination. From 2008 to 2020, Sarah was with Thermon Group Holdings, Inc., initially as General Counsel and later transitioning to Director of Business Development for Thermon Power Solutions, managing a $20 million business line. Sarah's professional journey includes influential positions starting from Compliance Specialist, progressing to Corporate Counsel, and managing legal risks while providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, and Management Information Systems from Barry University.
