Lauren Hopkins

Lauren Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lauren currently works as a Product Success Manager at RackTop Systems, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at T. Rowe Price as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Product Manager from August 2016 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Telecommunications Specialist at Binnacle Consulting Group from November 2013 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked at Intelligent Decisions as a Telecommunications Specialist from June 2012 to November 2013. During their time at Intelligent Decisions, Lauren had responsibilities in the National Internet Protocol Telephony and Calling Card and Web/Audio Conferencing Services projects. Lauren managed court units during their migration to the National IPT system and developed a process for managing the Judiciary's calling card and conferencing inventory.

Lauren Hopkins attended York College of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology. Prior to their college education, Lauren attended Warren Hills. Lauren also holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2020.
