Brian Beatty

Brian Beatty has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Brian started their career as a District Sales Manager at Convergent Communications, managing sales efforts in 11 midwestern states. Brian then became an Area Sales Manager at NextiraOne, focusing on selling integrated solutions to large organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

From 2004 to 2018, Brian held the position of Manager of Indirect Sales at both TE Connectivity and Harris RF Communications. In this role, they were responsible for managing the dealer network throughout North America, including sales, contractual agreements, marketing, and training.

In 2017, Brian joined Harris Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager, where they had full sales responsibility for the NW Region and led a team of sales individuals. Brian developed strategies to win opportunities and increase market share in the Public Safety marketplace while supporting the strategic thinking of the Dealer network.

Currently, Brian is serving as the Director of Business Development at RACOM Corporation.

Brian Beatty attended Luther College from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management.
