Tom Boeckmann

Tom Boeckmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and public service. As the Owner and CEO of Vinton Monuments since April 2016, Tom also serves as the Assistant Project Manager at RACOM Corporation and a Senior Principal Training Analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. With a background in firearms training as the President and CEO of IA Firearms Training, Tom holds certifications from the NRA. Previously, Tom was the Health Alert Network Chief at the Iowa Department of Public Health, overseeing statewide communications, and served as a Telecommunications Specialist for the National Disaster Medical System. Tom began a career in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff at Benton County Sheriff's Office from 1979 to 1988. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Law Enforcement from Upper Iowa University, completed auctioneer training at Missouri Auction School, and graduated from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.
