Elena Gough

Elena Gough has a strong background in various roles within RACT Insurance Pty Ltd., where Elena has worked since 2006. Elena currently holds the title of Marketing Coordinator at the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania (RACT). In their previous role as Customer Experience Analyst, Elena focused on improving customer experience by identifying pain points and driving cross-functional initiatives. Elena also has experience as a Claims Technical Officer, where Elena contributed to strategic plans and ensured consistent training for employees. Throughout their career, Elena has held titles such as Project Officer, Recoveries and Settlements Officer, File Manager, and Teleclaims Consultant.
