Erica Jolly

Erica Jolly currently serves as the Manager - Product Delivery at the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania (RACT), where Erica develops and builds new product offerings aligned with the organization's purpose. Erica is also the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Hive Collective, a community-lead networking group for women. Erica previously worked as a Delivery Manager at MI Academy, where Erica helped retail business leaders build high-performing teams and as a Research Lead collaborating in content creation aligned with digital marketing best practices. Additionally, Erica served as the Speaker Manager & Co-Curator at TEDxHobart and as a Staff Writer at upstart magazine. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism from La Trobe University.
