Jeffrey Rose

Jeffrey Rose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and HR systems management. Currently serving as the Head of Shared Services at RACV since October 2020, Jeffrey previously worked at Delaware North Australia & New Zealand from January 2010 to October 2020, where positions included Group Payroll Manager, Senior Group Payroll Officer, and Payroll Officer. Notably, during a period of expansion, Jeffrey led the project for developing and implementing a new payroll and time attendance system while managing payroll functions for up to 10,000 employees. Jeffrey's career at Delaware North began in 2002, encompassing roles from HR Coordinator/Payroll Officer to Finance Assistant, and further experience was gained in various food and beverage supervisory roles. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Hospitality from Melbourne Polytechnic.
