Joanne Lloyd

Joanne Lloyd is a highly experienced professional in Testing and Quality Assurance, currently serving as the Testing and Quality Assurance Practice Manager at RACV since June 2022. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Joanne has held various leadership roles, including Director at JLL Consulting Pty Ltd since February 1999, Senior Test Manager at Coles from May 2020 to June 2022, and Program Test Manager for the Digital Marketing Program at Swinburne University of Technology from June 2017 to May 2020. Previous positions also include Principal QA Advisory and Senior Test Manager at Accuteque, where advisory services were provided to multiple organizations. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Computing from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems and eCommerce from Deakin University.
