Julian Augustus

Julian Augustus is an experienced hotel management professional currently serving as the Hotel Duty Manager at RACV since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing property operations, team members, and delivering excellent customer service. Prior to RACV, Julian held the role of Hotel Duty Manager - Food & Beverage at TFE Hotels, leading hotel operations in both Tasmania and Victoria. Experience also includes serving as Hotel Night Manager at Rydges Hotels & Resorts and roles at InterContinental Hotels Group as a Guest Experience Specialist/Night Auditor, as well as Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor at The Great Southern Hotel. Additionally, Julian has a background as Residence Floor Manager/Guest Service Agent at The Park Hotels and worked as a Customer Service Assistant for Jet Airways. Julian holds a Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition.
