Mark Lee has extensive experience in portfolio management, product development, and risk analytics within major financial institutions. At RACV since 2018, Mark leads a team focused on digital transformation and management of consumer and commercial loan products. Previously, Mark held multiple roles at ANZ from 2009 to 2018, including Risk Enablement Manager and Pricing Manager, overseeing significant portfolios and deploying business intelligence solutions. Mark's career also includes roles at Brokerage Firm and Commonwealth Bank, with a strong educational background in product management and business information systems from RMIT University and Monash University, respectively, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
