Melanie Goricanec

Melanie Goricanec has extensive experience in employee development and engagement, currently serving as the Employee Development and Engagement Manager at RACV since May 2019, where additional roles include Learning Lead and Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator. Prior to this, Melanie worked at RACV City Club from February 2011 to May 2019, holding various positions including Member Relations Coordinator Events, Conference & Events Sales Coordinator, Business Centre Coordinator, Restaurant Reservations, and Cooperative Education Student. Melanie's career has encompassed diverse departments such as Front Office, Conference and Events Sales/Coordination, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, and Concierge, providing a well-rounded skill set in the hospitality and events sector. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality & Event Management from Victoria University.
