Jim Doughty

Jim Doughty has a diverse work experience starting in 1984 with the US Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician 2nd Class. Jim later transitioned to the private sector, holding various technical and sales roles with companies such as BBN, Fidelity Investments, Comverse, Avaya, Xura, PeerApp, and currently, RAD. Their roles have included Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Sales Account Manager, and Vice President of Sales for North American Key Accounts.

Jim Doughty obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Northeastern University in 1995. Jim furthered their education by earning a Master of Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2020 and 2022.
