Kuo Wei Chang has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, Kuo Wei worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Forhourse Corporation for four years. Following this, they joined Jabil in 2015 as an NPI Project Engineer, where they were responsible for project scheduling, resource planning, and analyzing customer requirements. In 2016, they became a Development Engineer at DT Swiss, where they focused on designing fixtures, confirming product drawings, and establishing quality control procedures. Kuo Wei then transitioned to DECATHLON FRANCE in 2018 as a Quality Production Leader, leading suppliers to improve product quality and system, managing project schedules, and monitoring risks. Currently, Kuo Wei works at Rad Power Bikes as a Supplier Quality Engineer, utilizing their expertise to ensure quality standards are met.
Kuo Wei Chang obtained a Master's degree in Mold and Die Major from the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences. This educational endeavor took place from 2006 to 2008.
