With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from UOT, Sarwar also has experience as an Electrical Project Engineer at Nippon Koei Co., Ltd, an Electrical Engineer at FMD / AUIS American University of Iraq Sulaimani, and as an Electrical Superintendent at chatr Engineering. At BWSC A/S, Sarwar held positions such as Test and Commissioning Engineer, Electrical Superintendent Engineer, and Resident Engineer, with experience in technical management, power plant operation, troubleshooting, and customer negotiation.
