Abi Eniola is the Director of Abi Eniola Coaching and Development, bringing over twenty years of international experience in facilitating transformational coaching and training. With a strong background in performance arts as an actor in theatre, television, and radio, Abi designs professional development programs that integrate these skills. As an Executive Coach at Maynard Leigh Associates since 2003, Abi has focused on enhancing presentation skills, personal impact, leadership development, and communication. Additionally, as a Coach/Practitioner for RADA Enterprises Ltd, Abi has developed coaching programs that emphasize leadership communication and presence. Previous experience includes roles at Steps Drama Learning Development and SML Training and Consultancy Limited, focusing on drama-based learning and management development. Abi Eniola holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and degrees in Social Anthropology and Business Studies.
