Adrian Kirk is an experienced training and development professional with extensive expertise in enhancing individual and organizational performance. As the Director of More Than Words Training since July 2001, Adrian specializes in bespoke experiential training designed to empower participants across various levels, from CEOs to graduates. Adrian has further served as a qualified trainer with Insights, a Training Consultant for prominent companies such as Philips Electronics, Centrica, British Gas, and Specsavers, and as a Senior Training Consultant at RADA Enterprises Ltd, focusing on Personal Impact and Executive Presence. Adrian's career also includes authorship for Pieces of the Possible and previous roles as a consultant and trainer with various organizations. Adrian holds a degree in business from Kingston University and additional education from GSA and Nunthorpe.
