Conrad Hornby has extensive experience in communications and coaching, currently serving as a Communications Tutor & Coach at RADA Business since 2004, specializing in personal impact, presentations, and leadership. Since April 2011, Conrad has also been the Director of Equiclass Limited, which produces hand-made Italian riding boots. Additionally, Conrad has engaged in roleplaying for Roleplay UK Limited since December 2012 and previously for Personal Presentation Ltd. from April 2011 to March 2020. Educational credentials include an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Literature from The Open University (1999-2012), and training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London (1993-1996).
