Alec Drummond

Alec Drummond has a strong background in marketing and internal communications, with extensive experience in the talent acquisition software industry. Alec is currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Internal Communications at Radancy, a leading cloud-based talent acquisition software provider. Prior to this, Alec held various roles at TMP Worldwide, including VP of Marketing & Internal Communications and VP of Retention & Engagement Solutions. Alec also served as an Account Manager and Director of College Relations during their time at TMP Worldwide. Alec has been working in the industry since 1999 and has consistently demonstrated their expertise in marketing, communications, and client management.

Alec Drummond attended the University of Bridgeport from 1985 to 1989. Alec pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications during this time.
