Laura Cafasso

Laura Cafasso has extensive experience in creative and digital operations, currently serving as VP of Delivery Operations at Radancy since December 2009. In this role, Laura supervises business operations in the creative departments, focusing on staff development, financial management, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and profitability. Previous positions at Radancy include Director of Creative Operations for the Eastern Region and various managerial roles in digital development. Additionally, Laura is a co-producer and website manager for Throbbing Temple Productions, supporting independent film projects. With a BFA in Theatre Production and Design from Montclair State University, Laura's diverse background also includes administrative work in a legal firm and experience in stage management for live productions.
