Lynda Harden

Lynda Harden has extensive work experience in the talent technology and recruitment industry. Lynda currently holds the position of COO at Radancy, a global talent technology leader. Prior to this role, Lynda served as SVP of Professional Services at TMP Worldwide from 2012 to 2019, where they focused on improving delivery operations and enhancing customer and employee experience. Lynda also held various roles at TMP Worldwide and Monster.com, specializing in interactive development and creative operations. Lynda has been actively involved in the industry since 1995 and has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Lynda Harden attended Keene State College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business, Economics, and Communications. After completing their studies at Keene State College, Lynda went on to enroll at Bentley University in 1998. Lynda'sfield of study at Bentley University was Human Computer Interaction, although they did not complete a specific degree program at this institution. In addition to their formal education, Lynda has obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
