Mark Fewster has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mark began their career as a Technical Services professional at Scottish Courage, where they developed Microsoft Access databases to support planning and administrative departments. Mark then joined Nucleus Data Limited, where they served as the Operations Manager and later as the Data Audit Manager. During their time at Nucleus Data Limited, they oversaw the growth of the company from start-up to managing over 3,000 pubs. Mark also introduced new reporting methods and improved working procedures. Following the acquisition of Nucleus Data Limited by Vianet PLC, Mark became the iDraught Manager, overseeing a market-leading data management and monitoring system for the pub and leisure sector. Mark also held roles as the Solutions Development Manager and Senior Product Manager at Vianet Group plc. During their tenure, they managed multiple products and implemented various initiatives that resulted in significant sales growth and the introduction of business intelligence reporting. Mark's most recent experience includes serving as the Chief Product Officer at Radar Healthcare, where they were responsible for driving customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and introducing embedded analytics to the product capability. Currently, Mark is an Honorary Lecturer within the School of Medicine at the University of Central Lancashire.

Mark Fewster obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies from York College. In addition, they have certifications in Sisense UX Dashboard Design, Product Focus Certified Product Manager, Certified ScrumMaster, and a 150-hour Premier TEFL course.
