Gianie Kim

Gianie Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Gianie is currently working as a Sales Engineering Lead at Radar since April 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Button from 2017 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Principal Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, and Partner Success Manager.

Before joining Button, Gianie worked at SinglePlatform from 2014 to 2017. Gianie served as the Operations Manager for Business Development and later as the Operations Manager for Customer Success. In these roles, they focused on improving internal department efficiencies and building strategic partner relationships. Gianie also played a key role in executing a successful retention campaign for high-risk customers and led the rebuilding of the Customer Success team intranet.

Prior to SinglePlatform, Gianie worked at SterlingBackcheck from 2009 to 2014. Gianie started as a Sr. Client Support Executive and was later promoted to Business Implementation Manager and Operations Project Manager. In their roles, they provided exceptional client service, conducted client training, and analyzed trends in client requests and feedback to drive product improvements. Gianie also led a global company restructuring project, contributing to significant cost reductions and process improvements.
