Lily Zalla has extensive work experience in various customer success and management roles. Lily is currently working as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Radar, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Radar from August 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining Radar, Lily worked as a Customer Success Architect at Datorama, a Salesforce Company, from July 2019 to August 2021.

Lily Zalla holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, and Media Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. In 2021, they also obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business. Additionally, Lily has certifications in Advanced Admin, Intermediate Admin, and Fundamentals Admin from Datorama, a Salesforce Company, which were obtained in August 2019 and July 2019, respectively.
