Adaja Boersma currently serves as an Adviseur & Onderzoeker at RadarAdvies, focusing on youth, diversity, and inclusion since August 2023. Previously, Adaja contributed to research on interventions for disadvantaged children at the Universiteit van Amsterdam from September 2021 to September 2022 and worked as a Bridge HDT tutor at Stichting The Bridge Learning Interventions from February 2021 to August 2022, utilizing the evidence-based tutoring method to enhance educational opportunities. Additional roles include an internship involving various tasks at the Central Office and thesis research on the impact of tutoring on children's socio-emotional learning.
