Matthew McLuckie

Matthew McLuckie is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at RadarFirst since October 2022, Matthew leads engineering and quality assurance teams in delivering SaaS incident response management products while implementing SCRUM methodologies for enhanced performance. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineering Director at Comscore, Inc., where Matthew managed full-stack teams for TV Media Ratings products, and Director of Development at Metal Toad, overseeing web and mobile project teams. Matthew also held significant positions at Cambia Health Solutions, WebMD Health Services, and Suvan, LLC, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with critical regulations. An educator at Oregon State University earlier in Matthew's career, Matthew holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
