Pascale Peters

Pascale Peters is a highly experienced academic with a focus on strategic human resource management. Currently, Pascale serves as a Professor at Nyenrode Business Universiteit since September 2018 and has held the position of Associate Professor and Chair of the Alumni Board in Business Administration at Faculteit der Managementwetenschappen (RU Nijmegen) since April 2015. Pascale's academic career also includes roles as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Radboud University Nijmegen since 2004, and previous post-doctoral research positions at Utrecht University and ICS from 2000 to 2004. Pascale began academic pursuits as a PhD candidate and lecturer at Tilburg University from 1994 to 2000, complemented by a role as a labor market researcher at NIVEL during the same period. Pascale completed a doctorate in sociology at Tilburg University between 1991 and 1994.
